How to Keep Her From Cheating

By Debbie Anderson

It is a myth that women don't cheat. The twenty-first century is a tit for tat place when it comes to sexual equality and that includes doing to a man what a man might do to a woman if a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity just happened to present itself.

It might help you to determine first if she is actually the "cheating type." Did she cheat on her husband to be with you? Is she a free spirit? Does she drink too much? Were her parents divorced because of an infidelity? Studies have shown that cheating is more likely in women who have cheated before or who grew up in a household with infidelity or alcoholism.

If you really don't want her to stray, your key is to put as much energy into the relationship as you did in the beginning. Many women cheat because they feel taken for granted and secretly want to punish their partner for being lazy when it comes to communication, making promises or turning them on. If you want her to stay and not stray, you need to put some effort into the relationship every day.

Another way to keep her faithful is to show her how much you adore. Send her gifts, poems, love messages, e-cards. Let her know she is a goddess. Suggest new things to do or promise to do interesting things together when you get back. If she knows that material and spiritual riches combined with fun and sexual excitement lay ahead, she will be more willing to wait for you rather than sabotage it all by having an affair with another man.
